Lobby and breakfast area were clean and staff friendly. Pool area looked well maintained. Our room was in the worse condition of any place we’ve ever stayed. Either not cleaned recently or used in awhile. Bedding appeared clean and bed was comfortable. Sink and tub, shower curtain and floor unclean. The hotel was booked solid so we didn’t ask for a different room

The staff were nice and friendly. My room was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Hair on the pillow of my bed, the sink (the sink was also cracked in multiple places all the way from top to bottom), dirt and hair in the counter, tub, stuck to the walls and molding (the molding was 4 in thick carpet in most areas). A hole in the wall, the lamp was coming about as was the entertainment center. All walls and floor were dirty. Clearly a previous guest had pets as there was still pet food all over the floor. I couldn't dare walk around in bare feet. The only saving grace is I only stayed 1 night. One night is too long. When I advised the front desk they thanked me for letting them k ow and sais they would clean the room. I booked through Expedia. I will be asking for a refund. I took numerous pictures of the room.

Mediocre Hotel
3.3 stars is a gift. I have stayed there before; definitely going downhill. Furniture and fixtures are well used/distressed; badly repaired not replaced. Breakfast was underwhelming. If you are traveling with a pet, carefully read the hotel’s pet policy on their site before you book. Different than the policy listed on hotel.com or other reservation sites which states $25 per day for pets.

The Days in is newly renovated. You can tell there is new paint and new floors. It is clean. However, there were light bulbs out and holes in our towels. The bed was very comfy and the front desk were very nice. Overall, not horrible, but definitely not 5 star. . .
