Oh no! We do our very best to have rooms ready early for when guests arrive. However our registration time is 4pm and sometime we are not able to register guests prior to this time.

Thanks for your review. We are a pet friendly hotel and find over holiday weekends many people travel with all of their loved ones. Please note we do have hypoallergenic floors that are pet free. Just give us a call or have your reservation noted to have your room on one of these floors.

Thank you for staying with us and your review. We apologize for the frustrating experience with your arrival, we will make sure our valet sign is more visible specifically when the doorman steps away. We do need to swipe the payment credit card on each reservation, this is for our guests security. Be assured we will also address you cleanliness comments with the appropriate staff. I hope you shared your concerns while on the property. We want to know. Our guest's comfort is most important to us.
