Dear Guest, We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear we haven't met your expectations. We are practicing green habits at our hotel and overtime we will be increasing our efforts in this area. Some of the things we do at the moment is our Greener Stay initiative, where our guests receive rewards points if they participate by refusing housekeeping services during their stay. We save energy and decrease chemical use by embracing this program. We also collect all used soap and shampoo from the guest rooms and send it for recycling to Clean the World, where personal hygiene products are being produced for counties that are less fortunate than ours. We are planning a renovation in near future, and at that time we will be revising some other areas to be eco friendly.
