A true dump. Dirty. Noisy. Complicated logistics. The staff has that classic Portland “I’m so cool yet grossly underpaid and you don’t deserve my time or attention” attitude and work ethic. There are too many options in town to have to put up with this.

Super impressed with this hotel. Room Rates are affordable and the hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are amazing! They are all very personable, friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I also want to say that the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that is mounted on the wall in the shower is outstanding, and so is the hand lotion. Those products are First Class and 5-stars all by themselves. Thank you all!

Don't stay here
I arrived at this hotel in the pouring rain. There was no place to park to check in. I parked five blocks away to check in. The check-in area was very noisy, and two people behind the desk were irritated to help me. I was told that there was no parking available and that I'd have to use a sketchy pay lot a couple blocks away. When I walked to my room, the hotel parking lot was cordoned off , and there were no cars parked in the lot. All this after a long flight. These people do not care about you!
