Pros: It was close to the airport. Cons: We stayed there for three nights and never received fresh towels or had our sheets changed. The room was never cleaned. We reserved two rooms and the air conditioning in Room 240 was inadequate. It said there was a restaurant on the property, but it was closed. I asked to use a computer and printer to print baggage tags and boarding passes and their printer was broken. The desk clerk referred me to the hotel across the parking lot. The competitor had no knowledge about guests of Red Lion using their computer and printing equipment. I will not recommend this property and I will never stay there again.

I do apologize for the communication issue. Due to Covid restrictions our housekeeping staff is not entering rooms that are occupied, we are supplying fresh linens upon request.

The staff was excellent and the free airport shuttle was convenient and timely. However, the restaurant was closed (I assume due to COVID). There was no coffee maker in the room, so no coffee or food until I was back at the airport.

Didn't have our room. A previous customer had not vacated! We had to walk over to a neighboring hotel. The staff did what theycould, but we will not book this hotel again!!

We stayed two separate nights. Our first overnight was in a second floor room. Our second overnight stay was on the first floor. As we were going to bed I noticed a couple of "ants" on the bedside table, which I killed. There was no food on the floor, bed or bedside table. Then approx 10mins later, I noticed some more, which walso killed and wiped off the bedside table. We were so tired and it was late, otherwise I would have requested another room right then. . When I woke in the morning, I felt something crawling on me, only to find ants on my arm!! There were also more to be seen on the bedside table. I couldn't tell if more were on the bedding or floor, as they were dark. The bed covering was brown.. etc I was so disgusted! There were even ants on my phone!. Luckily I had put our suitcase etc on the table in the room. We had left nothing on the floor or bed. I shook out everything we had with us, immediately got in the shower because I felt so gross and we left, early to the airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very good. Friendly prompt drivers. The hotel is old and does need updating, but it was convenient and close to the airport.
