This property is overbooked with lots of logo Mexican. Also, it’s really hard to get a reservation to the specialty restaurant. Staff hears a very rude and unfriendly especially the front desk not very helpful.

There wasn’t much to do at the resort, not much entertainment and the room we stayed in had burnt out lightbulbs. The walls in our room were for some reason filthy black with stains

THE BUFFET PEOPLE WHERE VERY NICE. THINGS I DISLIKED AS FOLLOWS PROPERTY IS VERY OLD AND OUTDATED PLACE THOSE NOT LOOK AT ALL LIKE ACTUAL PLACE. MY ROOM HAS CLOSET DOOR BROKEN SLIDING DOOR HANDLE BROKEN AND ROOM LEACKED ONE NIGHT WHEN IT WAS RAINNING EVENTHOUGH I INFORMED THEM THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE REPAIRS THEY NEVER DID. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RESERVATION AT THE RESTAURANTS AND PROBABLY THE WORST PART WAS FINGIND COCKROACHES IN MY ROOM AND HALLWAY.

It’s an older resort but we had an amazing time and everything was good! I was hesitant to come back since I didn’t love the food last time we came (2022) and the reviews seemed to get worse in the last year, but I have to disagree with the complainers. You will not find better for the price. More importantly, TIP your people. Money talks. Slide a few hundred pesos and see how far it goes to get what you want.

Know what you are getting yourself into. This is a 2 star hotel!! The staff is doing their best but the condition of the resort is terrible. Broken tiles in and around all of the pool areas. The only reason we stayed and didn’t move hotels is because the activity staff was so engaging with our children.
