CONS: -We were really disappointed in the food, food availability, safety issues and sanitation at kids pool/ water slides. Water slides are too shallow, and my kids hurt themselves going down and slipping on the pirate ship. Lots of bugs in the pool and we all were itchy getting out. No lounge chairs so parents awkwardly stand nearby and wait.. as the only option of places to sit (metal tables) would be filled up. -Beach was kinda dirty (due to constant litter washed ashore) -We would find cigarettes butts in random places kn the ground at the resort. So always wear shoes.. for multiple reasons. -The room were extremely rundown, dirty, holes in walls, windows not working, mold, piping issues and noises, lights not working, not enough blankets… - this whole place is extremely rundown… the roof caved in down the hall from us. Needs renovation! -location feels odd down an alley way. Anyone can really just walk in through the lobby, it’s open, no doors. PROS: -staff was really friendly! - they brought up fresh linen daily and refilled our refrigerator with new beverages. - They we’re doing the best they could. I saw how hard all of the staff tried and keep everything running smoothly and organized. And I think after renovation this place definitely has a chance!
