" Majestic Mirage- 1 week stay- we had 2 swim up suites booked. Contacted hotel prior to arrival and requested rooms be together. Upon arrival, they had honored our request. We have traveled to many different all inclusive resorts throughout Punta Cana and the rooms at the majestic were one of the nicest. Very comfortable beds, good air conditioning, mini-fridge filled daily. All of the staff have been fantastic. Our butler LIONEL RITCHIE was very attentive. He checked on us multiple times throughout the day either through What’s app or at the pool. He assisted with all of our reservations for dinner also. Anytime I asked him for something, he was always more than willing to assist us. We enjoyed the nightly shows and loved the coffee shop. The ladies working in the coffee shop were awesome and remembered our drinks after 1 day. Wait staff around the pool was very nice and attentive."
