Hotel looks neglected. There were buckets to collect leaking water in the lobby, and it wasn’t raining. Stains on all the carpet throughout the hotel. Walls were marked up and dirty. Tub had holes in it. Hair on the sheets and they were discolored. Tried a different room and it was worse so we went back to the original. Do not recommend

great hotel

Pros: everything, service, cleanliness, breakfast
Cons: nothing
Location: close to 95 to go North or South into Richmond
Everyone was nice, room clean, breakfast was good, I recommend this hotel to everyone
