The hotel was dirty and the staff was more concerned about going outside to smoke then taking care of the customers. the parking lot was filthy and full of garbage and the garbage cans were overflowing at the entrance.

The staff was really nice, assisted me with TV issues right away and the hotel was very clean and the freeway access can not be beat. The walls are thin though so I was able to hear next door neighbors and the shower faucet leaked but these is my only negative reviews. I would stay again.

Check-in was quick, efficient, and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was from the noise from the highway traffic all night long so I had to use ear plugs. If I stay there again I'll request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

Did not like the room... the door lock was sticking, the tv remote did not work and the desk staff was not polite.

I was there for an event. There was not enough staff to accommodate us for breakfast. The tables were not bussed and we were unable to eat at all. We were not greeted by a hostess to even let us know how long the wait might be after we stood in line for over 10mins. There was not enough restroom facilities either.
