Room and lobby had a messy floor. Room did not get properly cleaned and sanitized for the next customer. Amenities were not at our disposal in the room and had to go to the front desk to pick up any items.

TV remote didn't work. No blackout curtains. These I could look past, but not the unprofessional attitude of the staff. Booked the trip through Travelocity and paid the full amount. Wyndham charged my card additional money. As with many other companies, I figured it was a temporary hold that would drop off. After a week of the charge still showing on my credit card account, I called to find out why. The front desk person was making random guesses with no definitive answers. When I asked for someone that can give me solid answers, he started getting defensive and standoffish because I wasn't accepting his guessing. He said a manager would call me back, which never happened. I also called Travelocity. Their rep confirmed that they collected all fees and there was no reason the charge should have been there. That rep also called and was told I would be getting a call from a manager, which again, never happened. I don't understand why this is the Wyndham way of treating customers that are simply looking for answers to unknown charges.

As per holding deposit it is upto your credit card they may take upto 30 days to release the hold please contact with your credit card company..

Made me wait 15 min to check in because of shift change... gave me a room that literally never got cleaned... beds unmade, trash and towels everywhere and smelled like weed. 2nd room was still not all that clean and the air wouldnt turn off. Geesh.

It was new and had a bar so we were excited to try it. However, I got food poisoning from the cheeseburger. Our room had not been clean, filthy floors, half used shampoo bottle and barely any toilet paper. On top of that no comforter or blanket on the bed.
