Suite did not have a door as advertised. Recieved conflicting explanation from multiple staff. Hot tub was closed due to bacteria. Continental breakfast was poor. TV remote in room would not work. Could here upstairs guests stomping around half the night. For the price will not stay here again.

While the staff was friendly, room was dated and noisy. Outside noise was incredibly loud all night long, the air conditioner sounded like it was on its last leg and we could hear the people above us like we were in the room with them. Pool and hot tub area were ok. The breakfast was decent for a hot continental breakfast. The only enjoyable things for us - its direct connection to the Convention Center and the decent breakfast. Not terrible if location is important, just bring ear plugs.
