Very efficient check-in. If you want to stay on the beach, this is the place for you. Walk out the back gate and you’re there. The single rooms are small but they managed to get everything you need in, and who’s going to be spending all that much time in the room anyway. There are a variety of other room options though, and even the namesake cottages for large groups.

Very clean. Excellent beach ocean view. Super convenient to the ocean side broadwalk. Nice and friendly staff. Would have been nice to have an on-site drinking water machine.

Great value for the price. It's definitely an older property and has not been renovated. I might have nightmares about the curtains. However, the staff is amazing and the location is Awesome!! Walkable to everything anyone could ask for. It's rough around the edges but it makes up for with location and amazing staff. It does get really loud on the weekend nights but I think it comes with a territory of this area. We really enjoyed our stay here!
