Was dirty, noisy, and lacked security. Wifi didn't work, and smoke alarms were either missing, or chirping because their batteries were dead. Shocked that such a total dump is listed on travelocity. Full refund would be appropriate.

The room was cute. The neighborhood was full of homeless, hookers and crackheads. The people above us were up all night, you had to walk past street people loitering outside the hotel door. Our remote needed batteries. They said they’d come right up, we never saw them. I would never recommend this place.

Broken elevator, shower water flooded bathroom. No one at front desk, manager not in office. Manager never returned my messages. No one available to carry my luggage when I checked out and had requested previously. Very dangerous having to navigate stairs for my entire stay since elevator not working. Terrible, uncomfortable, inconvenient, frustrating, unsatisfactory, lack of communications.
