I had an 11 night reservation and it was comfortable for me, my husband, and 2 kids (ages 7 and 4). What i liked: Free breakfast was very convenient. They had a made to order menu which was helpful when i wanted a warm meal plus they had a continental breakfast available as well. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel was 5 minutes away from Grand Ave which had a lot of food options. There was also a bank and a chique liquor store. Drink tickets for happy hour were also a plus. The room layout was convenient cuz the bedroom is separated from the living room. Was truly a suite layout. And there was a pullout bed so when family decided to sleep over one night, i had room. The staff was really nice except for 1. We were able to check in early coming from an red eye flight. We were given a room that was NOT completely cleaned but they were very quick to fix it. They were also accommodating when we had complained about the fire alarm going off 5 times! Things that were ok: They had an indoor pool. They said it was heated but when my husband and kids went in, they said it was cold. But they still swam in it. Housekeeping was limited to every 5th day. I’m guessing because of limited resources but you can always request for it. You would have to put in the request the night before. The laundry facility was convenient but i couldn’t get the machines to work. LOL. But i saw a guest use them so it was probably me that couldn’t figure it out.

BIOHAZARD ALERT! We arrived late for check in and room seemed ok. When we woke up in the morning, we discovered the carpets had numerous 'red' stains, blood splatters on the doors and walls as well as Red tinged sheets. This ruined our morning and our plans for the day. I immediately called for manager and housekeeping supervisor. It took 3 phone calls and 45 minutes later, the housekeeping supervisor came up and said "I've been on vacation for the past 3 weeks so I'm not sure what happened to your room." Manager Mark finally showed up as well. When we pointed out the issue, they did not seem surprised at all. We asked if someone was injured/killed or murdered here and they said "I don't think so." They offered to do a "deep clean.” No offers of room change or any sort of compensation. When we asked, they said they were fully booked and they were not able to transfer us to a different room. They then offered to compensate our parking. This was not ok. I demanded a full refund for our 2 night stay but manager Mark said he could not do anything about it because we booked our rooms through Expedia. I will be taking this up to even higher management. We will never stay here again! Beware to other patrons. We should have read Yelp reviews about this place before booking!

The breakfast was not as good as at other Embassy Suites we have stayed at. It smelled like marijuana the whole time in the common area by the elevator on our floor.

This property doesn't provide several of the services listed (airport shuttle, on-site Starbucks). The heating in the room didn't work. And housekeeping didn't come during a multi-night stay.

The only negative I would say is that the parking lot is narrow and the spots are too small. We were driving a Chevy Traverse and it was a tight squeeze. Also, REALLY IMPORTANT TO KNOW- at our time of travel, June 2021, there was no shuttle service (due to COVID) to the airport. If you plan on relying on this service, I would call this specific hotel and ask if it is available or nor.

My old town is still cold and windy at night. Parking should be free. No breakfast just dry package muffins. Gross!
