Overall…a great stay. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job balancing reducing contact while meeting our room needs. Most positive was how solid the communication was throughout our stay.

I thought that there was parking at the hotel which I ended up having to park in a parking garage....I didn't know I could leave my vehicle in the parking garage for more than 24 hours so I ended up having to move my vehicle just to park back in the same garage. I really liked how friendly and courteous all the staff are....they all were very welcoming, told us where I could find a parking garage, and gave us bottled water and cookies while we waited to check in our room. Very impressed with how clean and inviting the room is/are. Can't wait to come back and stay in the Hyatt again!

Need to add a microwave to the room. Always had to go do to the lobby to use the microwave. O.M.G parking costed me $40 a day to use a off-site parking garage.
