This is the worst hotel experience I ever had, the

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everyting.
Location: Nothing, this place is full of homeless.
This is the worst hotel experience I ever had, the room was dirty, the staff was rude and there was no A/C on the room, I had to call customer service from Travelocity, I cancelled the reservation and they help me and refund me what I paid.
