We stayed here for Dreamforce. We booked the room 6 months ahead of time and obviously we did not have our flight booked. So once we booked our flights we didn't need the last night of the reservation. We attempted to cancel the last night but we were told that we were not allowed to change the reservation even though the website said you could make changes. They have this secret rule that is not published anywhere that says once you make a reservation you are not permitted to make any changes. So buyer beware!! The hotel was not in a bad location but the rooms were small and run down and the bathrooms needed to be redone because the wall paint was chipped. The water pressure was horrible and even though it was hot I could not get the AC to work. I would definitely not recommend this hotel because of the way they have hidden policies that contradict what they have on their website Buyer beware!!!!

Really cute property in a great location! Everything was just as advertised. Checkin was especially easy and Brit was incredibly friendly and fun. Love that there is so much activity around the building with 2 restaurants and a gelato shop on the ground floor. Felt like the place to be :-)

The hotel was perfectly located within walking distance to everything that I wanted to see and do. The front desk staff especially Warren was nice and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know wanting a hotel in San Francisco. I will return as well when in San Francisco.
