I LOVED EVERYTHINGA ABOUT THE PROPERTY,CLEAN, NO BAD SMELLS, WALKING DISTANCE OF THE RESTAUNTS WAS CLOSE IT HAD A GYM IF YOU WANTED TO WORKOUT. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT THEY CHARGED ME A EARLY CHECK IN, WHEN I ARRIVED AT 4PM. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT.

Good location, excellent, kind staff, decent room size, limited electrical outlets and gadgets, interior room that faces an air shaft. Heating/cooling unusually loud.

A little too close to the Tenderloin section of town where homeless men would ask me for money whenevr I left the building. Also the homeless literally were bedded down each night around the exterior hotel property. The bedroom and bathroom were clean but had not been updated in a very long time. I have stayed at friends homes where the bedroom and bathroom facilities were nicer and less garish. At registration I was informed that there would be a refundable $200 charge applied to my credit card "in case of damage to the room." I was informed that I would be billed @29.99 per night for WiFi, when I replied that I didn't"t want it I was told that the charge was mandatory. I was really sorry I booked this hotel. Being here was like stepping into a very worn down hotel that may have been nice in its heyday but is just sad now. I would not stay there again.
