People make the difference?

Pros: The décor, the bed and pillows, and the towels.
Cons: Train the front desk to be courteous, helpful, and appreciative. Supply a "break room" for housekeeping.
Location: We ate dinner at the Britannia Arms, had lunch with friends at the Ho Town, toured Kelly Park's historical buildings and rode the trolley car.
Someone has spent a lot of thought, time, and $ to improve this facility to a point well beyond what it was first intended to be. However, it's very unfortunate that the current choice of personnel diminishes that effort; the front desk attitude is only slightly above the point of rudeness, and you can forget having coffee and reading your paper in the only comfortable chairs in the "breakfast" area (you'd have to evacuate the housekeeping women on their devices). The location is handy; it's right off the 101 North. The traffic noise is tolerable if you turn on the fan for heat/AC. Having an elevator installed is long overdue.

Excellent value!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, traffic area
I was surprised at how good the room actually was. Tv with many channels, good bed, wifi. The room also had a fridge and a microwave. Awesome! The stay was very comfortable and and pleasant. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Some cons however. The 101 on Tully is under construction at the moment. To get anywhere you have to get on Tully, and traffic is PACKED most busy hours. No fault of the hotel, just an unfortunate location. This also includes noise from traffic. This may be an issue for you if you need absolute silence to sleep. I don't, so not a big deal, but I can see how it can be troublesome. Otherwise, great!

This hotel had all the basic requirements for a short business stay.

Pros: Close restaurants, iron, microwave
Cons: Noisy
Despite the fact that I had trouble connecting to the internet and the noise from the freeway, this hotel had all the basics, like microwave, iron/ironing board, restaurants nearby and easy freeway access.

Suitable and comfortable

We stayed for two nights at this motel and it served our needs. The more sensitive of our party used the A/C heater as a white noise maker to block the sound of the freeway nearby. As a city dweller, I'm more used to street noise and found it no trouble. It is a good price and served our needs for a comfortable place to return to after running around. There is some nominal breakfast but we decided to go elsewhere for something more substantial. We enjoyed the cable, which included HBO. The only problem was turning off and finding the place at night, otherwise it was a decent place to stay.
