What a great place. Very clean and modern. The staff was fantastic and the area is amazing. I will definitely be staying here again.

El apartamento estaba en excelentes condiciones. El lavamanos un poco pequeño e incómodo pero limpio. La cocina no tenía cubiertos y la esponja de lavar los platos estaba vieja y sucia. Muy bien ubicado y la playa queda cerca. El mar en ese sitio es espectacular.

Courtyard and amenities were very nice. The beach and pool were close and not crowded. The frog hop was the best to take Siesta Village (no parking, driving, and no worries)

I can’t say enough about how much I loved my trip. Captivia was in the perfect location. It’s on a small little private side street. The pool is just across the road, the beach is right at the end. Also located just off of midnight pass rd which has a free trolly that runs till 8 weeknights. It takes you up n down the whole island in about 20 minutes. There is also a few lively bars and restaurants and shops 3 blocks down with live music every night. There is a drug store and 711 for drinks and snacks or in case you need extra sunblock. Its an extremely safe area with people walking everywhere. I traveled by myself and was concerned with safety but I felt so safe and at ease. I took the trolly down to the village several times but was glad I stayed at captivia. This was the perfect spot. Room was clean and the location was SO QUIET! I could enjoy all the fun and slip away to sleep snug and sound in the super comfy bed. It also had central A/C so no noisy units to fuss with that never keep your room at the right temp. The only recommendation I had was for them to put those soft furniture pads under the chairs. I would hear when my neighbors scooted their chairs but it wasn’t often & only during normal daytime hours. Also would be nice to leave the ping pongs & game stuff outside to get at anytime. You can get them at the office but it would be easier. They also have beach towels available & there are lounge chairs/umbrellas to rent for the day. I will definitely be back ASAP!!

The room was very clean. Front desk staff were cheerful, friendly and accomodating.The property was very close to the beach. Overall we had a very pleasanr experience. There were a couple of troubke spots: - the rooms are smok free byt the property is not. This should be clearly stated in the description.There were people outside smoking comstantly almost all day and late in to the evening. This smell permeated in to the room. - I prefer a very dark room at night.The room had light shining in through the frosted glass from the lights outside at night and from the sun in the morning. The curtains did not keep any light out. Blackout shades would work well, as well as a solid room door. This did not diminish from the cleanliness of the property or the friendliness of the staff. Just maybe room for improvement.
