We stayed here a year and a half ago and it was so much more clean. And the food was so much better. The food this time round was nasty eggs and nasty sausage. Good thing they had bagels and cream cheese: can't mess that up! The yogurt was also edible. FYI: the coffee has gone downhill as well :(

Desk employees are great. But the breakfast area poor. They used cheap paper plates, bowls and silverware. Our room had no toilet paper and our air conditioner wasn’t working properly, the unit had buildup on the filters of dust debris. The fan run sometime on high than stop off and on. The unit was barely functioning and the thermostat on the wall was broken. I call down to the desk nothing one came up to work on it. Carpet though out the hotel needed replace and we had broken metal cover for a wall lamp wire hanging off the wall. The smell of air freshener was so strong in the room I coughed all night
