Kokomo Getaway outside is a lush, tropical oasis with two unique outdoor living spaces. When you walk into our Beach Bungalow your eyes are drawn to the cathedral ceilings along with the open living space! When you catch your breath, you will then see the beautiful, wide-open kitchen with a round table and four chairs. Next, you walk to the sliding glass doors to see the beautiful heated salt pool and waterfall.

The large, clean white tiled floor is found throughout the home as well as Corian in both the kitchen and the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. A bonus is both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker along with provided Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks coffees for your mornings. And of course, a blender for those smoothies and margaritas.

The master bedroom looks and feels like a luxurious hotel room with a king-size mattress and soft, cotton sheets. There is a unique porthole window that makes you feel like you’re in a suite on a luxurious cruise ship.

The guest bedroom has two twin-size mattresses and you’ll find lots of extra bedding in the closet. The bedding for the sleeper sofa is in the family room.

Each bathroom is packed with brand-new bathroom towels.

The outside oasis has beautiful mature palm trees and a lush, landscaped yard around the free-formed heated salt pool with a soothing water feature. We have plenty of games for all ages, including Bocce Ball.

The second outdoor living space is located in the tropical front yard with your own piece of the beach underneath your toes! Yes, it’s a white, sugar-sand oasis complete with a hammock and chairs just right for the relaxing moments of morning coffee or an afternoon nap.

Kokomo Getaway is just 210 steps from the white, sugar-sand beaches found on the Gulf side of Anna Maria. This location is ideal if you do not want to rent a car as everything is within walking distance, or via the free Island Trolley.
