Saturday to Saturday bookings during the months of January through March (high season), or monthly. Community pool. Direct Bay Front condo, in Holmes Beach, overlooking the mangroves and the bay. This unit has been completely renovated. New flooring, new furniture throughout, new appliances, new granite counters. No item was left untouched.
Surrounded by nature you will experience the serenity and beauty of the Grassy Point preserve. Don't forget to pack your binoculars! Right in front of the complex you can board the free trolley and explore restaurants, shopping and island life. The Living Room and Master bedroom overlook the mangroves filled with wildlife! After a day of sightseeing relax in the heated pool where you can spend some leisurely time in the sun. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It’s fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Photos misleading but still nice
Overall we had a really nice time. The location was awesome. My preteen and teenager felt very independent being able to take themselves out for breakfast, lunch or dinner by riding the trolley or walking to publix/the beach. The unit itself was nice, but small, and not very well equipped. We couldn't all eat dinner and have a salad bowl and plate. No wine glasses. Lots of plastic, cheap utensils. There were no pillowcases on half of the pillows when we checked in. As the owner of a vacation rental company I was disappointed that we were left with 2 garbage bags, two rolls of TP, one roll of Papertowel and no laundry soap, nor dishwasher tabs at all. Yet we were expected to start the laundry before we left (My company provides enough dishwasher detergent to run the dishwasher daily). It just feels like they are running a bare bones operation. Also the photo of the pool outside area are very misleading. Looks way nicer in the photo.

All in all our stay was great, only thing we wish we could have had was more than 2 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels left for us to use. Other than that we would stay again !

Convenient Condo!
We loved that this property had shopping within walking distance. The screened in porch was quite private and the complex was very family-friendly. The condo itself was very comfortable with ample space for our family of five!
