This place was quite the little gem! There really isn't much to see on the outside but once inside it was like a little oasis. It felt like a real tropical hideaway. We appreciated the little things like the random hammocks, string lights and tiki torches. Our room was a bit small, had a bit of a musty smell and we had a difficult time managing the temperature in the room, but other than those minor things, we really enjoyed it. We had access to beach chairs we could take to the beach and bikes we could borrow for a ride around. We had beach access within walking distance. Fun place!

Great Customer Experience Super clean, as advertised Great friendly welcoming staff, very helpful in every way. The location was great - the grounds were expertly groomed Loved the over 21 pool are over 21 chill zone. The Tiki Caribbean Vibe with palms a plenty made this a very relaxing vacation About 3 to the most fabulous beach Siesta Key, Publix shopping centers close by and so were many good restaurants First stay, it will not be our last, loved it - the rooms spacious clean - new appliances with glasses plates utensils, full size fridge was ideal for not eating every meal out - oven and microwave were clean and fairly new A great value / A great experience 5/5 Thank you

The room was not cleaned during our stay. The man that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were nice but didn’t seem to be cleaned daily.

It was a cool place I recommend it to anybody but we arrived to check in at 2:54 and check in was at 3:00 the guy said sorry you need to wait until 3 to check in because of covid so we stood there for 6 minutes and then checked in , so don’t know what covid did in that time. Then about 3 days in we noticed our room was never cleaned or bed made or anything so I went up to front and they said due to covid again they can’t go clean our room so we had dirty sheets from sand on the floors and etc.. and our room started stinking due to wet towles which you can throw outside in a basket and they will get because covid can’t reach there , other than that place was nice and the lady manager was nice too. The bikes for free with the hotel to ride was the best thing

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately dur to covid and cdc guidlines we had to change a few things. Check ins are only after 3 pm because after we clean rooms we disinfect with hospital grade and it needs to sit for awhile. Also for the safety of our guests and employees we do not enter your room during your stay. We offer extra toiletries and towels at office.
