This property was an easy walk to the beach (across the street). However, there was not hot water available in the shower. Location aside, one would expect hot water to be included in the rental fee.

All of our units are equipped with hot water, however sometimes it takes a few minutes for the hot water to arrive at the faucet, but we will use your feedback to ensure that we do not have any issues in the future. Our room on the lower level (1bedroom queen) was nice, but the sound from above (feet running and jumping and sometimes furniture being slid across the room) was exceptionally loud! It would begin around 7:30-8 most mornings and would often still be bothersome after 9:00pm. The pool area we did not use, but looked like it could use a bit of extra cleaning. The walk across to the beach, though, was very convenient, and we always found lounge chairs (provided by the facility) to use. This beach was beautiful and never crowded. I would love to stay again, but would try an upper level room to avoid the noise from above.

We arrived after the office closed and the code would not work to open the door. After about 2 hours we finally got in about 10:30pm. A cleaning lady was knocking on the door at exactly 10am time make sure we were out. Would never suggest staying at this place.

Parking ,garbage overflowing,pool looked cloudy,mold on edge of tub tile,people outside door smoking so not able to sit at our table,not smoke free environment,sofa and chairs looked dirty,no dishwasher so who knows if dishes sanitary.

Just Like Home

Pros: Proximity to beach. Convenient FREE island transportation. Landscaping. Room design. Suzanne. VERY CLEAN! Quiet. Good wifi. Inviting.
Cons: Onsite laundry facility during off hours please, but a coin laundry is down the street that I used. Shower curtain kept demagnitzing, floor got soaked
Location: FREE trolley around island. Supermarket, CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, Beach is beautiful and across the street, Ice Cream Places galore, shopping.
This hotel resort reminds me exactly of where I live at the Jersey Shore. The setup. The beach decor. It's all very adorable and practical. There was a full sized refrigerator and a working stove. I used the kitchen every morning. The hotel has the kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and everything you could think of except salt and pepper. I used the pool twice. The first time it was heated, and the second time the heaters were turned off so it was very cold. Suzanne is a doll! I loved being greeted by her the first day in. She circled a map of the island and told me where all of the great eats, the galleries, and just fun places were. She let me know that there is a free trolley that rolls every twenty minutes back and forth through the island, so you can park and forget about you car until you leave unless you want to leave the island. There are two stops in either direction traveling north and southbound. Anna Maria Island has everything that a traveler needs for a relaxing vacation, as does the hotel. The linens were soft, clean, and bright. The thermostat was easy to figure out, since it dropped into the high 30s my first night in, I needed to switch to heater. There were two entrances to my poolside hotel suite. A full living room that was colorful and cheery. Two flat screen televisions for checking news and weather. Wifi works well. I wish I had been able to get my room for longer than 3days/2 nights. I LOVED THIS PLACE!
