Great view. A/C doesn't work. Room smells like Marijuana. For the price, the rooms need to upgraded. Bedding is from 1910. Thought it would be nicer for the location and price.

The view of the St. John’s River. Convince of restaurant for lunch and dinner on site. Felt save to walk around Palatka. Unable to use the pool due to cold temps outside. Social distance and masks used for Covid safety.

For the price we paid I at least expected that the area where FOOD IS SERVED AND EATEN TO BE CLEAN! On Friday night when we arrived the young lady at the check in counter was absolutely the sweetest, despite the busy crowd of Bikers and Motor cross guests bombarding her. We went to Palatka to visit my son, NOT for some Event but even so I Expected for what we paid we would received better! Across the street at the Hampton I at least had hot water and ate in a clean dining room! - After working all morning then driving 6hrs straight I needed a shower, or bath. Our room trickled only Luke Warm Water....the Phone when I called the desk was so static It was useless. Then we (me & My Husband) went down to the dining room to get breakfast and decided to sit by the windows for a view of the River. I looked up and the ceiling fans were covered with dust and a 12 - 16 inch string of a cobweb hanging from the bottom. Wvery time it made a revolution dust balls fell , small tiny filth with millions of bacteria that had been built up for lord knows how long. Now that made me not want to eat anything , I look up in and around the Big windows our table was pushed against and there were dust and cob webs all in them. I told my husband I would just take my packaged muffin back to the room. I later needed change for a 50$ bill and went to the front desk. The office manager happen to be there and broke it for me , I stressed my concerns about my issues and the filth it was never cleaned!
