I would recommend staying at Voco. Stayed at the Sarasota location as well as the St. Augustine location. Both were great! Breakfast at the st Augustine location was better though!

It was very noise at night. There is a bar next door that seemed to bring a lot of noise. Thin walls. I could hear the neighbors. The pool is very disappointing and not like the pictures.

The bathtub was awful not only did it drip the whole time it looked awful (see pics) dresser between beds had something splattered on them/ yuck. Shower glass petition is not good when actually taking a shower. Water hits your body and splashes onto the floor beyond the partition . I know they’re going for a boutique look, but these partitions are unpractical. Husband ordered shrimp and grits for breakfast. Menu said they were to have dried tomatoes, bacon and a cheese ( none added) The chef walked by and asked how it was my husband told him about the dish not having what was said on the menu. He replied “ I use my own recipe “ We have stayed here at least 4 times before this last visit. We thought it was really nice, unfortunately it has not been kept up

The restaurant was not open and no one mentioned it to us when we checked in. Menus were out but no service. Everyone was pleasant and rooms were good.
