This Villa will be Professionally cleaned upon your arrival. While we have a Non Cancellation Policy, we do offer 100% refunds in the event a Named Storm or hurricane caused mandatory evacuations to St. George Island. We also offer 100% refunds if there are Travel Bans to SGI or Beach Closures due to COVID-19. For all other unplanned events we recommend a CFAR Travel Insurance Policy.
