This is a Horrible place to stay. I was kicked out because of what the customer next door did before they left their room.

This place is honestly the most terrifying joint I’ve ever walked into. It is run down, it is filthy and the desk worker was behind bulletproof glass. There are signs that say no smoking but my room reeked of cigarettes and there were burn marks on the bedding, on the toilet, on the shower and the countertops. It also was posted no pets but I was kept awake several nights by a cat meowing and there was a dog waste station outside. There was trash everywhere outside; the parking lot, the surrounding grass areas, the sidewalks. The walls are very thin so you not only can hear everything going on in the rooms around you but you can also smell everyone’s cooking mingling together to form an abhorrent stench. I almost wanted to take up smoking myself just to clear my nostrils. The bed is a lumpy mattress on a frame with no box springs and the blankets were disgusting. The ac unit worked but you could not watch television or sleep with it on because it made such loud rumbling noises. The kitchenette was useful but no utensils nor dishes were supplied so if you didn’t bring them with you then you had to go buy new. All in all I wish I had spent an extra $5 and stayed somewhere else. I would have refused to set foot in this establishment if I had not already prepaid for four nights.

We were here a week ago and left a great review. HOWEVER- This last visit was not so pleasant. We are traveling 4 hours there to see our grand daughter who is 10 months old and was assulted by a grown man and endured a traumatic brain injury. Shes in very serious condition. I called at 3 in the afternoon friday to inform them we may have a late check in, because after driving over 4 hours, we wanted to go to hospital first. I expected check in aprox 11pm. We were told VERY rudely, by Debra, that that was not acceptable- we'd be charged extra over the resetvation price, lose our 2nd night reservation, and HOPE there was a room tp get the next day. So, we had to drive tje extra to hotel, and check in before going to see our baby. And yes, we explained the situation to her- she rudely cut me off and said it didnt matter, that was what would happen. When we arrived to check in, Debra was on the phone, and it was obviously a personal call. I waited almost 5 minutes while she had a disagreement with someone. She acted angry that i didnt step away and give her privacy. After she finally hung up, she was incredibly hateful, rude, and condescending. The entire lobby, elevator, and entire 2nd floor reeked of Pot. The 3 days we were there. Our grand daughter will be in tje hospital foe many months - so we will be spending a lot of time there and a lot of money on Hotels. After our disdainful treatment by Debra- it likely wont be back at this property.

The room had a strong smell of disinfectant, but our feet were black after walking barefoot on the floors. Mold knee high on the bathroom walls. Very gross!!!

Horrible. Staff members were not so friendly. They put gum on my door, the sheets were nasty. No hot water in the shower. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!

The most filthy place on earth. Requested none smoke room, apparently they don’t really have it. The smell is terrible. Police 🚔 department is there often. Noise and fights all the time.
