booked this hotel on a monday, for the following Saturday-monday, had confirmation that was booked, got to hotel they did not have my reservation, i am from out of state, with a baby and also pregnant

when i try to ck in they said i need it to pay them . also they me in smoking room .,and you do not need to use soap the water is hard as a rock

stayed here before

Pros: nothing
Cons: They are just letting it run down. Even the vending machines were broken. More attention needs to be made at the "free" breakfast.
Third year we have stayed at this hotel. It is slowly going down. Just not the gem as it used to be
