Great service and nice clean rooms. The Tv service was also great. You could connect to Hulu or Netflix accounts and it automatically disconnected your info during checkout

nice hotel

Nice hotel. Staff were VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. However, the first day/night the elevator was out and we had to use the stairs (3rd floor) every time we left and returned to our room.

Honeymoon Stay

Cons: Generator for power outages
Location: any food you want nearby. Also shopping and Busch Gardens.
We visited hotel about 2 weeks before stay to verify handicap needs. Ashley noted the account that we needed the only room with roll in shower. Upon arrival they room was ready and as ordered. On day 2 we went to lunch and returned to un-cleaned room. We called front desk and requested room clean up and was told someone would be there soon. About 10 minutes later got a call back and desk advised housekeeping had left for the day but they would send up supplies which they did. We left about an hour later and there was a housekeeper in the next room. We asked if she was going to clean our room also and she replied "No speak English". She eventually got the message we wanted room cleaned and it was when we returned later that night. When we returned there was a power outage so no elevators and no generator. Power was out for about an hour and when it came on Maintenance worker Donald tested elevators and then escorted us to 5th floor to ensure safety. He also loaned us a flashlight in the even of another outage later that evening. Ashley checked us out the next day and Donald also came by and offered to help us unload baggage cart. Kudos to both Ashley and Donald also the housekeeper who took care of our room. I did not get her name.
