Everything was great - friendly staff, comfort, cleanliness, close to the airport. I was fond of the free shuttle; however, I would have appreciated being dropped off close to where I was departing. I told the driver Air Canada, Terminal 1, domestic flight. I was dropped off at the lower level and had to take the elevator twice, walk a distance to reach the Air Canada desk for a flight within Canada after needing direction to get there. I was the only one in the shuttle- it seems I could have been dropped off closer to where I was departing from.

I had a great stay. Pretty clean, great service. Excellent A/C and heat. My only complaint is that the comforter was covered on both sides in two plastic like sheets. The plastic sheets kept falling off the comforter and were not comfortable. There was also no flat sheet which I found strange. I would have preferred a real set of sheets that didn’t feel rubber like and a comforter with an enclosed cover so you are not juggling two sheets and a comforter.

The staff watched an entire hockey team cut in line to take the shuttle while my family was waiting in line. We had asked ahead for the time to take the shuttle to catch our flight. The staff did not intervene or assist with offering anything for our inconvenience. We had to take a very expensive cab ride, we only booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. Would not rebook.
