"Be warmed hit tub is down. The ENTIRE reason we booked there was because of the hot tub. Very disappointing. Also check in took forever because the lady in front of us was taking a long time, tur s out she was chatting with her coworker. Then there was the TV. We couldn't watch it for more than 5 min without it going out. Front desk offered to change rooms, but couldnt guarantee we wouldnt have the same problems in the other room.
