This Hyatt house/The Wharf Was beautiful, The location was right in the cener of it all off the waterfront Amazing check in was so smooth , desk was tucked away on the side, so when you walk in it fell more like a lounge instead of a hotel. Staff was Amazingly pleasant And helpful. Very knowledgeable of the area. Great location Amazing view of the waterfront from my hotel room. Hotel very Clean and sanitized throughout my hotel stay. Rooftop lounge it was place to be at night great music, food and people, Again staff was amazing. Gym was on main level , very clean and open great gym. Hotel doesn't have parking but it Does offer Parking options nearby including parking Valet for the hotel which was amazing never had to wait for my vehicle. I would recommend The Hyatt House Wharf hotel Washington DC to a friend

Check in was a breeze, staff was very friendly and gave great options for food choices to local restaurants and any other assistance needed. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast buffet was lacking of food choices but edible. Ciel roof top bar was amazing, bar staff were very friendly and chatted it up with you and gave you more dining options, and places to see. Centrally located to all the sights and dining, easy to walk to all the attractions. Definitely recommending and staying here again!

It is a sad time during this "Covid" era. We spent 3 nights with no housekeeping. The front desk was helpful is giving clean towels or extra coffee but for such a nice hotel it was a little disappointing.
