Nice hotel but the staff did not accommodate us well, one guy was flat out rude, a lot racist gestures made, and NONE of the amenities are available except for breakfast which was a muffin and a juice to replace the usual open hotel restaurant.

Staff that they had were super!! They seemed under staffed and unprepared to handle room maintenance issues. The rooms seem “tired” and need of an update, not what I expected for a Hilton hotel. Parking was not included in the price of the hotel which was a disappointment. The accommodations were overpriced.

We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites in DC. It was a short drive into the city to visit the National Mall. Our suite was spacious and clean. There were plenty of electrical outlets to power and charge our phones and computers. There were plenty of nearby restaurants walking distance away. I would surely choose this hotel in the future on our next visit to the area.

We booked a king size bed and receive a twin size double bedroom which my husband and I was not happy about that. We didn't get much help with the front desk regarding the issue, even after showing our physical reservation.
