There were 6 drunken girls screaming obscenities that woke me up at 1:15 am. I had to call the front desk 3times to complain. These women were not kicked out of the hotel although at least three other doors besides mine opened briefly to film it. I have never ever experienced such bad behavior at an expensive hotel. The manager did not apologize and even if they refund my money, my sleep was still disrupted and now I am wide awake at 2:15 am because of all the adrenaline coursing through my body. Not only will I never stay here again, but I will post a response on every guest rating site there is so others know what to expect. What a hirrible way to start 2020.
