Thank you for staying with us and sharing a great score. We do feel it necessary to mention that smoking marijuana is still a Federal crime and under DC law not allowed in public places. As such we do not allow such activities at our Inn as Policy.

The location was in a rough part of town. They had parking but the spots were very small. Said it had a pool, but its closed. Does not look like they are working to reopen it. The halls are small. Rooms are on the smaller size. We had water damage on multiple spots in the wall. Also had people come to the room next too use smelling of marijuana. They kept trying to open the adjacent room door. The stair well and elevator smelled of marijuana.

The property was horrible. The room had no air, the whole building smelled. People were loitering around and inside the establishment, we did not feel safe so we left and drove back 5 hours home.

Tried three times to use Travelocity to reserve and check in, but Motel kept stating (wrongly) that Travelocity was not paying due to a decline of my Visa. (See Travelocity 7449207539098, and 7449197449272 (multiple times)). I am now short over $200 , AND had to pay the Motel directly on the same card in addition to the Travelocity payments. I observed this same issue affecting other guests registering at the desk.

I did not like the smell of the halls, rooms, and elevator. No ironing boards in the rooms and the rooms were small.

The property was reasonably clean and conveniently located. However, the staff did not have my booking information and was often unavailable, the shower nozzle had a weak stream, it was noisy (additionally, local construction in this residential area began at 6:45 AM), the cable did not function (I was told that it had been that way for a week yet the cable company had still not responded), and the room smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Given how much I paid (even for the expensive DC market), it was relatively expensive, especially given the remoteness of the neighborhood.

Never again

worse experience I have had in a hotel. This is the worse experience I have had . The room I booked was not available and they did not care about it. Told me it was you guys that made the mistake not them

Pros: it was in d.c.
Cons: clean it up
motel 6 was the worst, A other lady and daughter left after one night because of bugs and no air' For us aleast we had air, please please do your customers a favor dont, please dont recommend this Moel 6
