The ladies in the front office and the gentlemen in the front of the building are all very accommodating. The male host outside is judgmental and completely awful. Made us feel unwelcomed and we didn’t get to enjoy ourselves with the hotels amenities. Jazz band was great and we loved listening from the nonguest tables where we were “put”. Awful man.

I have stayed at the Willard once before. It can't be beat for location. Lobby furniture is getting worn, however, and needs replacing. Valet parking should be comped for guests staying in the hotel. Ran out of hot water every day by noon, even though many fewer guests. They are cutting too many corners...

The hotel was beautiful and just as pictured. The only negative was no fault of the hotel but some of the guests. They were drunk and woke me up numerous times.
