Enjoyed a lovely view overloking the pool and Banderas Bay. Hotel went above and got me a mini-fridge for my meds. Taxi to Malecon or Rio Cuale 100 - 125 pesos. Only con, were the low toilets, which for a person with bad knees and back, resulted in much pain. Otherwise, there were elevators and ramps for those who need wheelchairs. No pool or beach access for those in a wheelchair. Lovely place.

Amazing property, wonderful staff and nice family oriented resorts. Not a million people seeking stuff or time shares. Owners have some amazing touches like a chapel on site. Cons: sushi place was serving things a bit on the warm side for raw fish, not on ice.

Everybody there was friendly communication was pretty good sometimes a little hard at times. The property was clean. The pool was great- seeing the family of iguanas every day was pretty cool. Activities at the pool were fun. Only thing I didn’t like was only getting three tickets to use for all the restaurants otherwise you had to go to the Buffet, which was still ok. Overall, it was a nice place -slightly outdated, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room. We were at the pool every day or walking on the beach.
