Our toliet was broken. We stayed in room 426. My wife had to fill up garbage cans to flush. She is 8 months pregnant

Very nice staff, my room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. The handicap parking spot needs to be more accessable for those of us who back in to park (I use a walker and the curb on the drivers side necessitated me to walk around the front of the car to get in. No big deal unless there is snow/ice)

Sink faucet handle was broken, staff tried but couldn't fix it. Toilet tank fill valve wouldn't close, water run constantly. Bathtub spout leaked, wouldn't shut off Night stand was falling off the wall. Bathroom door would not stay closed, didn't have lock. Staff sounded very understanding, and tried to fix issues without success. Room was not in a condition to be used by guests. Requested room change but from staff comments, situation was no different in other guest rooms.

We nor the staff could not get electrical curtians to close. We had to move rooms. Euper tired aftwr midnight. Then the room that qe move to had no ridge to put cild drinks N food. The bath tub was filthy, we didnt even used it. The phone didnt work so U couldnt call front desk. Too tired to bothered with it we just went to sleep. The next morning we need my partners inhaler that was accidentally left in the previous room. There was no sensed of urgency to retrive it. The breakfast looked old and burnt.

As for the inhaler, I personally respond to your request immediately upon receiving it. Perhaps I did not run fast enough to retrieve the item, and for that I apologize.

Easy stay. Great price & location. No surprises except the pool was closed. (Maybe COVID precautions?) Comfy bed & pillows. Excellent buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
