Security hardware was improperly installed in two rooms, a bed was made without a top sheet and a bottom sheet had some gummy substance on it. TV remote needed new batteries when we checked in. The staff response however was great.

Dirty bathroom had to clean it myself was told of 50.00 discount never got it! Elevator not working no discount for that was told I could cancel but it was 10pm at night no other place to go! And they put us on top floor! Not happy will never stay with them again!

I was not able to check in. I tried contacting the hotel and they said I had to contact Travelocity. Because I booked through a third party. Could not get ahold of Travelocity and I tried many times. So I contacted the hotel again and told them the story and they said they could not help me again. When I finally got ahold of Travelocity it was past the free cancellation time point. I got charged for a no show fee although it was outside of my power. I will never use Travelocity again.

The room was dirty, the bedsheets was dirty and has hair on the below, they did not change the bedsheets Tables has the food. There was no other room, no housekeeping I don’t recommend this hotel
