Pleased with the friendly welcome at check-in. Room was nice, quiet and clean. One struggle was with the luggage cart; very wobbly and did not take bumps/rough walkways easily when transferring from car to elevator.

If the pool is closed and there is no breakfast, then it should not show up as being included. I picked this place for both and it had neither.

First, they could not find my reservation and after they found it and I was put in a room, I was called back down because the room was already booked. Unreliable service.
