The rooms were not comfortable. Nowhere to put your luggage to be conveniently access. Construction going on even at night we had to tell the front desk to have them stop. It was so loud in our room. The food in the restaurant downstairs is awful and they should probably clean the lines to the beer kegs. The bear had a funny taste to it. The coffee was cold the next morning.

The property is located in a central location to stores and restaurants. Amenities such as the pool, hot tub, small gym, free breakfast and wifi work to this property's advantage. Unfortunately, the supply chain became an issue as there was a towel shortage during my stay. Sad to say that I was given a set of towels that included an extremely used hand towel from the front desk. In addition, the room my family stayed in had very dirty carpets and a slight insect problem. It is worth noting that leading up to my arrival I specifically called the property to confirm that a cooktop would be provided as part of my "suite" and it was confirmed. Upon arriving to my room, I noticed the room only came with a fridge and microwave. When I went to the front desk to explain what I thought was a mix up in room assignment, I was told that none of the rooms had cooktops in the entire property. Very disappointing as we packed a cooler that required food to be prepped using a cooktop. Lastly, the room assigned to us was part of an older annex section of the property which had an odor to it. Throughout it all, I must say EVERY single staff member was extremely courteous and kind. That in itself to me, warrants me possibly coming back in the future despite the previous negative feedback.

I needed up having to cancel I wasn’t informed about the pool and hot tub not being open and then they put is in a room with two double beds that smelled and was dirty I did cancel the room and had to find another hotel hoping to get my money back

My stay was one of the worst after checking at 9am I step out of elevator to see about eight children running up and down the halls. I brushed it off and continued onto my room, but that wasn’t it. These children continued all day and all night up and down the halls. Several complaints, made it down to the front office manager. Amanda varin claims she spoke with them, but she clearly didn’t because the children continued as the night continued at about 7:30 PM. I thought it was late enough to make my way down to the pool but another surprise there’s about 50 children in there, screaming at the top of their lungs and running amok I went down to the main lobby, grabbed a coffee and went back up to my room and gave it another hour. I went down finally nobody was in there, but every towel was all over the pool floor and walking areas were covered in filth hairballs and debris was disgusting so I went back up to my room with a pint of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Watch some TV enjoyed some ice cream with my wife and finally went to sleep between 1030 and 11 the fire alarms are going off , we go outside for about a half an hour fire department comes fire chiefs. We come back in get back in bed within a half an hour, the fire chief, and the front office manager. Amanda are knocking on the door asking if we have kid because there’s blood stains in the hall , after two hours of some peace and quiet, we finally get to bed around midnight 1am woke up at about 8 AM to the children running ag
