Convenient and close to airport. Was put in a handicap accessbile room. OK for the night because we checked in at 2:00 a.m. and went right to bed then got up, but if staying at hotel for longer period of time, would have requested a room change.

We liked how secluded it was from the city. Unfortunately when we got into our room, there was food left in the fridge and a candy wrapper in the bed when we pulled the covers down and red candies and hair on the sheets. we ended up sharing the one bed. I am not one to complain. So we were very dissapointed in our cleaniness of our room. I stayed at a Tru in syracuse and really enjoyed it, that is why I picked this hotel. It was also very loud out in the hallways in the middle of the night. I will stick to embassy suites, thats usually what I book. Thank you.

Horrible check in.
We usually enjoy our stay at Tru by the airport, however I was not pleased with the check in this time. I was given keys to a room. Went to room and they didn’t work. Went back to front desk and they were reprogrammed. No apology. Went back to room and keys worked, only to find the room was already occupied. Thank god no one was there at the time. Went back to front desk to find I was given the wrong room. Again, no apology. My god I could have been put in a dangerous situation.

Good for the price but could improve in key areas
Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not so nice. Please put out more and better plant-based breakfast items. And the oatmeal looked dry and lumpy both mornings. And the walls are quite thin. I could hear all sorts of sounds coming from the next room as well as upstairs.
