What I didn’t like is that I was surprised with the “damage deposit” and then the fact there’s no over night housekeeping is a problem. My son threw up on the bed luckily I requested 2 beds I called the front desk and was told someone would come in the morning and a note would be made which neither happened. I ended up asking the housekeeper which was around after 10 am if he could change the bed sheet and that I would wait he said he would once he’s finished with the room he was currently cleaning. Over half an hour went and he was still cleaning so I told him to forget it I had to go. The next day for me to check out, the man working the front desk at the moment asked me to wait about “2 minutes” while he walkie talkied the same housekeeper to check for damages in his language then after about 10 minutes he shows him a video and I told him let me guess the vomit on the bed then I had to wait for the manager and he says it looks like poop and urine so I explained to him the situation I even mentioned the supposed note that was made then he tells me because of the fact there’s no note that’s why I’m getting back my deposit then tells me next time make sure I don’t make a mess as if I was supposed to know my son was going to throw up during late hours? I told them check by the toilet you can see where there’s more by the floor since I had to carry him to finish his throw up. This place I’ve been coming for years and I only come since they accept my dog but I was very disappoin
