This experienced sucked. I tried to cancel had the insurance and all that happens is nobody wants to take responsibility. Nobody will give me a refund. The hotel won't because we went through a third party (Travelocity) to make the reservation. Travelocity says wait we will call the hotel. Then tells us hotel will not refund. They tell us to go through AIG(travel Insurance) who proceeds to say they are 3rd party and it needs to go through Travelocity. It was a horrible experience. My wife got sick so we could use the reservation

Hello, I stayed here over the weekend for my birthday. I guess there was noise complaints for another room but a staff worker or overnight worker came to my room threatening to escort me out because of the noise but it was not me. She also called the room about the complaint but at that point we had a movie playing so i was confused. Later on the night cops arrived to the correct room that was being noisy and fighting. I did not appreciate how the worker handled this situation and made my stay very uncomfortable.
