The property itself was nice, as was the room. It was spacious. However, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Also, there was loud music playing in the parking lot after midnight until early in the morning. Not sure why, or why nothing was done to stop it. Also people out there yelling. Very unruly. As a result, despite the property and the room being nice, we did not have a good stay due to the uncomfortable bed and the loud noise outside.

The staff was very accommodating, the hotel was nice. Had a problem with the first room, we got in that the ceiling fan was broken, they offered to put us up in another room, but i told them if maintaince would just fix it that would be fine. Next day maintaince had not shown up, so I asked about moving and there wasn't a problem with it. Even went out and did what we had to do and moved our stuff later that evening. The area is residential so it's safe and it's quiet.

The rooms were very nice, I loved the layout of the rooms, and enjoyed staying in the room. Upon first entering the hotel, the staff was not very friendly, no smiles or warm welcoming. There were challenges with the service - 1) I accidentally left water in the tub, and it was still there when I returned to the room. 2) The washcloth was left on the tub, which also indicated the tub was not washed. 3) I brought an extra blanket from home and they left it on top of the made-up bed wrinkled. 4) a trash can was left on top of the commode in the bathroom. The cleanup service really needs assistance in improving their job.

It was 1 mile off any main roads and restaurants but a very nice Hotel. Breakfast was FREE and worth $10 if they wanted to CHARGE. Hotel had a POOL but it was very small. Hotel was 3 minutes from 95 ( NORTH or SOUTH ) I will stay again

Cons: The scent they use in the rooms .as it is a smoke free hotel ,they could try for a scent free hotel as well. The carpet in our room had a hole .

terrible hotel

Pros: absolutely nothing
Cons: the whole place should be torn down and also sits right next to a major construction site with lots of high noise levels
Location: next to all the co-lo data centers so I advise any IT pro's to seriously avoid this place
Hard to get to it due to closed roads, dirty, beat up with lots of damage to the doors, walls and hallways. Low pressure water and iffy hot water, just a really terrible hotel, I am looking to change my reservations and WILL NEVER again listen to hotel ratings from Travelocity even the phone was dead and not functional they may be trying to fix it up but wow what a horrible hotel
