As you walk into the great room you will notice features like the beautiful vaulted wood ceiling, a natural stone wood burning fireplace, and plenty of seating for everyone to watch the flat screen TV with cable and Blu-Ray.  This home offers an open floor plan so the kitchen is just off of the living area open for everyone to feel together in this mountain cabin. Enjoy a morning coffee, breakfast or a game of cards at the dining table, which has bench seating and is right off the kitchen.  There is ample counter space for cooking and serving including a small butcher block rolling island cart.  The kitchen includes a gas range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot.  

Right off of the kitchen is a door that will take you to the back deck so you can soak in the sunshine and the view of the Bear Mountain slopes while listening only to the birds, chipmunks and windchimes!  You will find a table with an umbrella and seating for 4, and also have a propane barbecue to grill up a delicious meal for your loved ones while you're among the trees.

Off of the living room you will find the bedrooms and a hallway closet laundry area.  The first bedroom offers a Queen bed with cozy cabin decor, a closet to store your belongings and last but not least a window with VIEWS OF BEAR MOUNTAIN! Bedroom #2 also has a Queen bed with cabin decor and window views of Bear mountain through the trees!

The Master Bedroom in Evergreen Escape will have a King Bed with cozy decor, a TV in the wardrobe closet and a window offering privacy/ rock landscaping views because of the house sitting down and off of the road. The attached bathroom  will have a shower/tub combo and single sink vanity but a perfect area to call your own in the master bedroom of Evergreen Escape.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
