What I didn’t like was the parents of the kids on the 3rd floor. The walls are paper thin and I didn’t appreciate them screaming all the time. Some of the time when we went out we could near them into their room. People have to realize voices carry

I'm so sorry that you weren't given the room that you felt you reserved. We try to honor all booked room types and I'm terribly sorry if yours was not what you booked. I also apologize that the hot food was depleted at 9:30 when you came out for breakfast. We do our best to keep it stocked until the end of breakfast hours at 10am, but when there are unexpected rushes of people at once we can run out before more is ready. I sincerely apologize that it was not ready when you came down. Thank you for letting us know about your experience so that we can continue to improve our services for the next guest.
