"As the staff was very nice. I was not happy at all with being charged full amount for a room when the entire property is being renovated. No bar no restaurant to name a couple. I received a email informing about this the day before my check in. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work or on the floor below that. I (had to go 2 floors down) to get ice. Then at check out was never offered a receipt (figured I would get one emailed) but never received a emailed receipt either. 2 days later charges hit my card for parking but still no receipt. I do feel the facility will look very nice when complete just feel you can handle it better. "
